In this solo episode, I discuss 9 habits that we should focus on in the second half of 2024 to jumpstart 2025 with the best version of ourselves. The habits include waking up early, writing down thoughts before bed, spending one hour a day moving our bodies, sitting in silence for 10 minutes a day, creating a proper sleep schedule, taking a 30-minute walk in nature, reading every day, staying hydrated, and learning a new skill online.
